Tonight for dinner I made Chicken and Apples with Honey-Mustard Sauce from a recipe I found on my new favorite blog, SimplyRecipes.
It tasted great. It was an interesting combination of sweet, savory and tart (recipe calls for Granny Smith apples) and the chicken was very moist. I made asparagus and cous cous on the side. Here's a picture of what it looked like:
